JOHANN DORMEHL (Director/ IR Specialist)
Johann is the founder and director of Integritas Labour Solutions and is experienced in the management of Industrial- and Employment Relations. He holds a BCom degree with specialization in Law from the University of Pretoria (UP) and he is also busy with further part-time tertiary studies at the University of South Africa (UNISA).
As an employee Johann held senior positions, including that of Senior Industrial Relations Manager at a large JSE listed company and Executive Head.
His motivation for starting Integritas Labour Solutions, is that he believes that with his firm, but fair and honest approach in applying his labour law and industrial relations experience, he makes a real difference at client organisations.
